Cleaver 150 Grain

$29.95

Cut to the core with the Crimson Talon Cleaver, our introduction to a series of more classic broadheads. The single bevel blade on the Cleaver causes the broadhead to twist as it passes through tissue and on impact with bone. This twisting action forms a devastating “S” shaped wound channel. The S-cut, compared to the single slit of a common double bevel broadhead, allows for unparalleled blood trails and quicker game recovery. Designed for field point accuracy even at distance. Crossbow tested over 500FPS.

I was blessed from the start with the COC single bevel and selected to field test them on wild boar here in South Florida.
Out of the box, they came able to shave hair off my hands, scarey sharp !

Shooting out to 75 yards dead on with my field tips. Killed several pigs, and a few boar hogs with thick shields in the 150-225 pound range. You get the typical “S” cut entrance which indicates the head is spinning upon entrance. The exit comes out as a big “O”. Practically hollow point bullet like. The blood pours out. My social media will show plenty blood trails and results on both FB and IG. I could not be happier.

I will be shifting to these heads this coming deer season. I’m debating whether to use the 125 for deer, and the 150 for hogs, or just the 150 for both. Great problem to have when you can’t pick between the 2 because the results are so awesome.

For the team @ Crimson Talon ??? You guys struck GOLD with this product, congratulations to you all.

Just wanted to leave a review on the 150 heads. So far I have only shot one head into a target at 20 yards they fly absolutely phenomenal!!! My only complaints are 1. the front screw protrudes out of the ferrule a bit which could possibly cause a little drag. 2. They are a little tricky to touch up/sharpen the blades granted they are out of the package sharp enough to cut hair so A+ for that. 3. I wish these were offered in a 175gr option. I will definitely be purchasing more of these for sure.

I actually won the opportunity to select a pack of Crimson Talon heads on an Instagram contest and chose the 125gr Cleaver heads thinking they’d be great for moose, elk and the big bodied bucks we have in Alberta Canada. When they arrived I immediately liked the quality and obvious durability of the heads and spun them onto my hunting arrows and was totally impressed when I had zero tuning to do, looking forward to tge season opener knowing full well that any big game animals I’m licensed for this fall come in my effective range that these heads are going to be devastating and lethal! I’m a fan and I’ll be buying more!

The Crimson Talon heads are the best I have ever used, great quality. I purchased both 125 and 150 for deer hunting. I would also like to commend you on your excellent customer service as well, that is such a rarity today.

A fantastic broadhead especially for the price. I’ve taken three deer with them and all were recovered within 60 yards of my stand. I highly recommend them.

The 150 Cleaver was the second Crimson Talon head I’ve used this year. This head did not disappoint! Had a shot at a doe from on the ground at 10 yards. Arrow zipped through her like she wasn’t even there. She went about 60-70 yds and fell over dead. I’ve never used a single bevel head before, but after the results with the 200 gr Croc and the 150 Cleaver this season so far, I don’t see any reason to change. These are great heads at an equally great price! Keep up the good work!
