To return broadheads for replacement, please request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You’ll be asked to provide a copy of your proof of purchase. If you ordered directly from our website, no worries, we’ll already have a record. When returning the broadhead, please remember to wrap it so it can’t cut through the packaging. Place the broadhead in a padded envelope or small box (in original packaging if possible). Include a note with your full name, RA number, return address and phone number.
